Synopsis
In 1943 Japan, during WWII, young Suzu moves from her village to Kure to live with her in-laws. Her resourcefulness and creativity help her adapt to the challenges of war. Despite hardships and loss, Suzu remains resilient and finds beauty in everyday life.
