Synopsis
Gang leader Tony successfully steals diamonds, but his former police officer-turned-criminal acquaintance, Ling, kidnaps Tony's daughter and demands ransom. In a desperate search for his missing daughter and the stolen diamonds, Tony teams up with a government agent trained in martial arts to seek revenge on Ling.
