Synopsis
Detective Shaft apprehends Walter Wade Jr. for a racially motivated murder, but the key witness vanishes, allowing Wade to flee to Switzerland. Upon his return for trial, Wade uses his wealth and connections to try and evade justice, going as far as arranging the assassination of the missing witness.
