Synopsis
OCP's success with RoboCop in achieving urban peace is overshadowed by a new dangerous narcotic called "Nuke" introduced by leader Cane. Attempting to replicate RoboCop's success, failed prototypes emerge until Dr. Faxx, deviating from OCP's path, turns Cane into RoboCop 2.
