Synopsis
After a devastating explosion on a ferry in New Orleans, Federal agent Doug Carlin is tasked with collecting evidence. However, he is abruptly removed from the scene and brought to a secret government facility where he is introduced to a surveillance device that allows them to manipulate time and prevent crimes.
