Synopsis
Jean Claude Van Damme stars as twins Alex and Chad, separated after their parents' deaths. Chad grows up in Paris while Alex becomes a thief in Hong Kong. When they reunite, Chad convinces Alex that their parents' killer is in Hong Kong. Alex is skeptical, especially of Chad's girlfriend.
