Synopsis
In modern-day Russia, gynecologist Angela Kuhlmann is forced to leave Moscow and work in a troubled province. The city faces moral decay due to a new highway, leading Kuhlmann to perform an illicit abortion. After a patient takes home the embryo claiming it is the Antichrist, inexplicable events follow.
