Synopsis
In early 1900s Brooklyn, the Nolan family navigates poverty and Papa's alcoholism. Despite challenges like Aunt Sissy's multiple marriages, losing their only tree, and Francie's wish for a better education, they find moments of joy while grappling with their problems.
