Synopsis
In 1936 Italy, Elio brings Zerbal, a tribal king's daughter, as a gift for his wife Alessandra. However, Alessandra has been seeing Elio's secretary Velma in his absence. When Elio returns from Africa, Velma is unhappy about his presence.
