Synopsis
When Inspector Clouseau goes missing, the Surete mistakenly chooses the worst detective, Sgt. Clifton Sleigh, to find him due to computer manipulation by Clouseau's enemy, Dreyfus. Sleigh struggles through challenges in a Clouseau-like manner, resembling his American relative.
