Synopsis
Paula Nelson goes to Atlantic City to meet her lover, Richard Politzer, only to discover him dead. She decides to investigate his death, encounters Typhus in her hotel room, knocks him out, and later finds him dead in David Goodis' apartment. Paula gets arrested, interrogated, and encounters various gangsters.
