Synopsis
During the 1940 occupation of France, Lucile Angellier, stuck with her strict mother-in-law, awaits news of her prisoner of war husband. Parisian refugees and German soldiers move into their town, including the charming officer Bruno von Falk. A forbidden love develops amidst the tragedy of war.
