Synopsis
Annette Monard, an opera student, marries composer Jonathan Street after a joyful but boozy night. Jonathan's jealousy of Annette's success strains their relationship, but she secretly supports his opera career. Their marriage faces turmoil as Jonathan struggles with his own failures.
