Synopsis
After his ship sinks carrying illegal Chinese bonds, Cyrus Wentworth is murdered in his office while rejecting his daughter's fiance. Dick is arrested, but journalist Bobbie Logan, with detective Wong, aims to prove his innocence and uncover the true culprit.
