Synopsis
Jeff, a troubled youth, is sent to a kenpo school by his father to instill discipline. After years of training, Jeff's mentor Kim faces danger from the Korean mafia. Jeff tries to save him but arrives too late. Determined to avenge Kim, Jeff confronts the mafia with his martial arts expertise.
