Synopsis
Lin Dawei, a county government assistant, desperate for money, steals gold with his colleague Lu Qian from Jin Mantang. After ten years, the emperor pardons them, but Lin returns home to find chaos as Jin Mantang collaborates with smugglers, causing destruction and endangering Taiping.
