Synopsis
In New York, Captain Stanley White, driven by racial prejudice, fixates on taking down Chinese-American gang leader Joey Tai. Ignoring warnings from his wife and superiors, White goes to extreme lengths, breaking protocol and resorting to violence in his pursuit, risking dire repercussions.
