Synopsis
After a government cut to the UniSol program budget, mercenaries seize the new Universal Soldiers. Luc Deveraux, a previous UniSol survivor, teams up with his resurrected brother Eric and reporter Veronica to stop the mercenaries from misusing the soldiers.
