Synopsis
A yakuza film featuring Koji Matoba portrays the Ryuan-gumi's ban on drug trade by Engetsu. Mouri's assassination of the rival Yamagami group leader leads to conflict with Ryuan-gumi neutrals. Engetsu tasks Mouri with mentoring his son Saiga amidst the chaos.
