Synopsis
The TV movie takes place in Dimmsdale and follows Timmy Turner who, at 23 years old but still in fifth grade, must act like a kid to keep his fairy godparents. His dilemma ensues when he falls for Tootie, signaling his growth into adulthood and potential loss of his fairies. Meanwhile, an oil tycoon and Timmy's teacher aim to exploit the fairies' magic.
