Synopsis
Thirteen-year-old Sam believes his secretive neighbor, Mr. Smith, might be the supposedly deceased heroic Samaritan, a vigilante. Determined to convince Mr. Smith to emerge from hiding and save their city from escalating crime, Sam embarks on a mission of persuasion.
