Synopsis
After a detective is attacked and held in an asylum by Professor Baum, he notices Baum is fixated on another patient, criminal mastermind Dr. Mabuse. Mabuse's notes are linked to crimes, leading Commissioner Lohmann to track down how he is coordinating with criminals.
