Synopsis
Five Hong Kong police officers are abducted while the police commissioner is away. Vice commissioners Sean Rau and M.B. Lee compete for the vacant position and investigate the case. M.B. Lee hits a roadblock and Sean Rau takes charge but falls into a trap, leading to both being probed by the ICAC.
