Synopsis
A high-ranking official in the Chinese secret police puts a bumbling rural butcher in charge of investigating the theft of a massive dinosaur skull. Armed with unconventional gadgets and faced with betrayal, the inexperienced agent must recover the artifact and uncover the truth.
