Synopsis
Bison, the leader of a terrorist group called Shadowlaw, has been trying to find the best fighter in the world, Ryu. He fails but locates Ken Masters, who trained with Ryu. Major Guile and Chun Li join forces to capture Bison and his criminal organization.
