Synopsis
Jane Ryan, a top student, travels to Manhattan for a scholarship competition. Her rebellious twin sister Roxy tags along to disrupt a video shoot. Chaos ensues as they encounter a truant officer, a smuggler, and handsome guys, ultimately realizing the importance of sisterhood.
