Synopsis
After the initial attack on the Chief Cabinet Secretary, the focus shifts to protecting the National Assembly. Ogata's strategic plan involves keeping Inoue away from the main conference hall while SPs and pro-revolution terrorists take control. Inoue senses trouble and fights back against the terrorists to thwart Ogata's scheme.
