Synopsis
In Paris in 1482, during the festival of the fools, Esmeralda, a captivating gypsy, mesmerizes the crowd with her dance outside Notre Dame Cathedral. Alchemist Frollo watches her lustfully from a tower and later commands his servant Quasimodo to abduct her. However, Quasimodo is touched by Esmeralda's beauty.
