Synopsis
After retiring from the Drug Enforcement Agency, John Hatcher finds out that his old neighborhood is plagued with drugs. He takes on the task of eliminating the drug dealers, but his mission turns dangerous when he faces off against a ruthless Jamaican drug lord bent on revenge.
