Synopsis
In Paris in 1910, Emile, a timid movie projector, and Raoul, an imaginative inventor, team up with Lucille, a kind-hearted cabaret performer, a quirky scientist, and his crabby monkey to rescue a gentle giant flea, mistaken for a monster, from the city's power-hungry police chief.
