Synopsis
Heidi, an eight-year-old Swiss orphan, is first sent to live with her mountain-dwelling grandfather by her aunt, then taken to live in Frankfurt with a wealthy family to be a companion to a disabled girl in a wheelchair. Heidi misses her grandfather dearly.
