Synopsis
40 years ago, a prophecy foretold of two lights from space arriving on Earth in the years 2020 and 2023. When the lights descend on Kasukabe, Japan, one grants Shin-chan superpowers while the other empowers Mitsuru Hiriya who seeks world destruction. A showdown between good and evil is imminent.
