Synopsis
Sanjay's father forced him into a railway job despite his desire to study art. Unhappy with his life, he meets Shalini, but his father disapproves and arranges a marriage to another girl. After a miserable existence, Sanjay finds solace in drink and brothels, until a chance to be with Shalini arises.
