Synopsis
Home Minister Jagirdar and Chief Minister Anna Saheb are worried about the criminal activities of underworld dons Rawal and Rauf Lala. The Encounter Squad is activated to stop them. Sadhu Agashe is asked to lead the mission, agreeing after some persuasion, to take down the gangsters.
