Synopsis
Sultan adopts orphan Badshah, who turns into a criminal and faces opposition from Inspector Pradhan. Badshah's only solace is Sapna. When circumstances force him to commit murder, he flees, becomes Babu Lohar, and raises a child. Pradhan still hunts him down.
