Synopsis
A governor, who has just arrived in a corrupt province ruled by Colonel Huerta, adopts a strategy of appearing weak and indecisive to avoid assassination. However, secretly he becomes the masked hero Zorro and joins the monk Francisco and noblewoman Hortensia in their fight against Huerta and his soldiers for justice.
