In 1978, $20 million was stolen from a Detroit bank. One robber was caught, one was found dead, and the third vanished. The money was never recovered. Seven years later, the captured robber was released and found dead soon after. FBI agents Doug Bennet and Steve Forest are now tasked with uncovering the whereabouts of the third robber, who has a seven-year advantage in Miami with the stolen money.
