Synopsis
A highly skilled lawyer is tasked by a chemical plant in Hong Kong to eliminate resistance to their pollution activities. However, his feelings for a woman striving to halt the plant's operations lead to a dilemma. He enlists the help of his loyal friends Samo and Biao to uncover the plant's actual agenda.
