Synopsis
Herra, a Czech woman, falls in love with Nazir, an Afghan, unaware of the challenges she will face in post-Taliban Afghanistan. She also becomes part of a family that includes a liberal grandfather, a highly intelligent adopted child, and Freshta, desperate to escape her abusive husband.
