Synopsis
In a dystopian Detroit, opulent mansions are now inhabited by dangerous criminals, protected by a surrounding wall. Undercover cop Damien Collier fights corruption daily to catch his father's murderer, Tremaine. Working with ex-con Lino, they strive to prevent a plot to devastate the city.
