Synopsis
After being discharged from the Marines, Major Benson Winifred Payne, a highly skilled soldier, struggles to adapt to civilian life. His commander assigns him the unexpected role of commanding officer for a JROTC program at a local school, comprised of hopeless and untalented individuals.
