Synopsis
Established in 1970s Hong Kong, the ICAC was created to combat corruption by British officials. Senior Investigator Lau Kai-Yuen played a key role in exposing numerous corrupt individuals. When he believed progress was near, a surge in greed and wealth propelled him into a fresh battle against corruption.
