Synopsis
The K-141 Kursk submarine sank in the Barents Sea on August 12th, 2000, during a Russian naval exercise. Despite some crew members surviving initially, their families demanded accurate updates and a British officer tried to organize a rescue, hindered by Russian government bureaucracy and incompetence.
